Chicken-Pesto-Feta

Ingredients:
1 2Brothers2Sisters Pizza Crust
1 chicken breast (approx. 6oz)
2 TBSP pesto
¼ cup feta cheese

Grill or bake chicken breast until cooked thoroughly. Dice cooked chicken breast into cubes. In small bowl place the diced chicken and pesto and mix until chicken is thoroughly coated with pesto sauce. Spread pesto/chicken mixture on 2Brothers2Sisters pizza crust. Top the pizza with Feta cheese. Place in oven and cook at 500°F for 10-12 min.

Ingredients:
1 2Brothers2Sisters Pizza Crust
2 oz. extra virgin olive oil
2 oz. fresh ricotta cheese
1 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon fresh basil, finely chopped
Italian Seasoning, to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Brush the olive oil over the surface of the shell, within 1⁄4-in. of the edge. Place small dollops of ricotta evenly over the olive oil, followed by them mozzarella, then the parmesan. Take care to ensure that each slice of pizza will have a bit of all of cheese. Sprinkle the pizza with Italian Seasoning and fresh basil. Then a few shakes of salt and pepper.

Place in oven and cook at 500° F for 10-12 min.

Dave's Fave – Bring on the Canadian Bacon!

Ingredients:
1 2Brothers2Sisters Pizza Crust
1 oz. extra virgin olive oil
2 oz. Canadian bacon, diced
1 1/2 oz. pineapple, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces
1 oz. red onion, diced
1 oz. artichoke hearts, quartered
2 oz. goat cheese, crumbled
Fresh rosemary, chopped

Brush the olive oil over the surface of the shell, within 1⁄4-in. of the edge. Spread ham evenly over the pizza, then top the pizza with pineapple, red onion, artichoke hearts, and goat cheese. Take care to ensure that each slice of pizza will have about the same amount of toppings on it. Sprinkle rosemary over pizza. Place in oven and cook at 500° F for 10-12 min.
